Shipping Policy
Delivery Areas: We currently deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
Shipping Rates:
- Standard Shipping: PKR 250 flat rate
- Free Shipping: On all orders above PKR 2,500
Delivery Timeframes:

Order Processing: Orders are processed within 12-24 business Hours. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS to monitor your delivery.
Returns & Exchange Policy
Return Window: We accept returns within 180 days of delivery.
Eligibility: Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. Items that are washed, worn, damaged, or altered will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale / discounted items
- Innerwear and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items marked as final sale
How to Return:
- Email us at swanah.store@gmail.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to our address (return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility).
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges: We offer size and colour exchanges subject to availability. Contact us within 7 days of delivery to request an exchange.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method or as store credit, at your preference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
