What sizes do you offer?
We offer sizes M, L, XL, across all our collections. Please refer to our Size Guide on each product page for detailed measurements.
How do I know which size to choose?
We recommend checking the Size Guide on each product page. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit or sizing down for a fitted look.
Do your clothes run true to size?
Our garments are designed to fit true to size. However, fit can vary by style. Always check the product-specific size guide for the best fit.

Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver across Pakistan. Stay tuned for international shipping updates!
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Express delivery options may be available at checkout.
Is there free shipping?
Yes! Enjoy free shipping on all orders above PKR 2500.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and SMS.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with tags attached. Sale items are non-refundable.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Contact us at swanah.store@gmail.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), credit/debit cards, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placement. Please contact us immediately at swanah.store@gmail.com.
